The Physio guided me, pushed me to my limit but a good limit for me to get to my goal. Loved the goal setting before we started because l knew where I wanted to be and how much I needed to push myself.

I had an excellent experience with Nirvan this week. What a kind, caring and knowledgeable professional! He listened to my concerns, adapted the therapeutic plan and set new goals.
